We live in a sick care, disease happy society.  You have been so inundated with more information about sickness and disease that you think it is a way of life. Diva, Breast Cancer, Menopause, PMS, Cesarean Section, Miscarriages, Infertility, Fibroids, Hysterec-tomy, just to name a few of the most common dis-ease that are suffered by women are not normal by product of being female.  This is all done by a designed plan. What would doctors, medical insurance companies, pharmacist, drug companies do if you (women) were not sick?  I will tell you, GO OUT OF BUSINESS! The medical industry has become  very profitable at the expense of women’s health. It has exploited women for centuries.  The number one surgery performed in the U.S. is the Cesarean and the number two surgery, is a  Hysterectomy. 

The present health care system has proven its blatant insensitivity to the health needs of women. When one attempts to find means of recourse, women are left with the only option of taking their health needs into their own hands by following a preventative health program. Women must become educated about various natural healing modalities that will keep them in good health at all times. Disease is optional.

With the aid of the Dynamic Diva Diet, let the healing begin. Divas, you do not have to be subject to yearly colds, flues or major degenerative diseases. I, personally, recommend the Dynamic Diva Diet because I have been a product  of the natural living lifestyle all of my life. My immediate family and I have not been to a medical doctor in 30 years for any major illnesses. I had a holistic health practice in California in which many of my clients found relief by adopting a vegetarian/vegan raw food lifestyle for the body and spiritual empowering practices for the mind & spirit.

The true test of the dynamic diva diet success was achieved when my husband and I delivered our baby naturally at home unattended by a healthcare provider!  This is commonly know as an unassisted childbirth.

1.   Do your expression of spiritual work daily- prayer,
meditation etc.
      -- This act relieves stress and brings more love and peace in your life.

2.   Get fresh air and sunshine daily
      --Cleanse and purifies the body

3.   Get plenty of rest
      -- Rest allows the body to heal and revitalize

4.   Eat wholesome nutritious foods-vegan and a raw food diet is the best
      -- Organic, live fruits and vegetables are easily digestible by the body and has the largest amount of vitamins, mineral, enzymes and other nutrients that fuels the body

5.   Drink plenty of Water
      --75% of the body is made up of water and it is its 1# nutrient. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day

6.   Breathe
      -- Breath is the life force of the body. The body needs plenty of oxygen to cleanse and purify the cells of the body.

 7.  Exercise–Dynamic Diva Yogarobics, Dynamic Diva dance, sing, drum etc.
      -- Exercise is meditation in motion. It is a good stress reliever and it detoxifies the body well. You should exercise 20-30 minutes per day. At least 10,000 step if you walk.

8.   Supplement your food intake with herbs, vitamins and other nutritional supplements
        -- Most individual’s diet is without enough nutrients. The soil, earth and water are void of a lot of nutrients because of environmental abuses. Supplement is a good substitute for what most women are missing in there diet. 

9. Find a fulfilling career that brings you joy and makes the world a better place.
      --It is very important that you live your divine purpose. This will facilitate your creative spirit and bring more happiness in your life. A happy, loving and giving person is a blessing to themselves and others.
